Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of PakBids (pakbids.com and our tender alert emails). PakBids is run as a sole proprietorship in Pakistan. By starting a trial or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. What PakBids is

PakBids is an information service. We collect public procurement notices, summarise them and send daily alerts matched to the profile you give us. We do not submit bids, represent you to any buyer, or guarantee that you will win any tender.

2. Not affiliated with any government body

PakBids is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for PPRA, EPADS, any provincial procurement authority or any government department.

3. Always check the official notice

Our summaries are prepared carefully, but notices change and documents can be unclear. Before you bid, you must check every detail (closing date, eligibility, bid security, documents, corrigenda) against the official notice and tender documents. The official notice always takes priority over our alert.

4. Plans and prices

We offer monthly plans priced in Pakistani Rupees. Current launch prices are PKR 3,000 per month (Basic) and PKR 6,000 per month (Pro). Prices shown on the website at the time you subscribe apply. If we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before the change affects your next billing period.

5. Free trial

New customers get a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe or you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

6. Billing and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway or by bank transfer. We do not see or store your card details. If a payment fails, we may pause your alerts until it is paid.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by emailing alerts@pakbids.com or using any cancel option we provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep receiving alerts until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate profile and contact details, keep your account to your own business, and do not resell or republish our alerts without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We do our best to be complete and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every tender will be included, that alerts arrive on time, or that every detail is correct. To the extent the law allows, PakBids is not liable for any loss arising from a missed, late, incomplete or inaccurate tender alert, including lost bids, lost profit or forfeited bid security. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or end the service for misuse, non-payment or breach of these terms. If we end the service for reasons not caused by you, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, email you in advance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a complaint or dispute, please email alerts@pakbids.com first and we will try to resolve it within 10 working days. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
