What works today

What PakBids does for you

Everything below is live for federal IT and telecom tenders. Provincial portals are coming later.

New federal tenders, every night

At 01:00 each night we check the federal PPRA portal (EPMS) for new and updated IT and telecom tenders. New notices reach you the next morning.

We read every document

We read each notice and its tender documents, not just the title. You get a plain-English summary, who can bid, bid security, the documents to submit and how to submit.

Checked before it reaches you

Every reading goes through an automatic check against the official notice. Anything unclear goes to a person for review first.

A fit score with reasons

Each tender gets a score from 0 to 100 for your firm, based on your work, cities, bid security limit and registrations. The reasons are in plain words.

One email at 7 am

A digest from alerts@pakbids.com lands at 7:00 every working day, Monday to Friday, with your best matches first.

Alerts when a tender changes

We email you when a tender you were sent gets a corrigendum, a new deadline, a cancellation or an award, and remind you before strong matches close.

Your own dashboard

Sign in with a link sent to your email, no password. Search tenders, mark them useful or not relevant, follow the ones you're bidding on and edit your profile.

Set up in two minutes

The trial form asks what work you do, where, your bid security limit and the registrations you hold. Your first matches come from those answers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Email alerts@pakbids.com.

How accurate are the alerts?

We read the official notice and tender documents and check key facts (closing date, bid security, eligibility, documents) against the source before sending. Anything unclear goes to a person first. Mistakes can still happen, and notices get corrigenda, so every alert links to the original. Always confirm in the official document before you bid.

Where do the tenders come from?

Right now, federal tenders published on the PPRA EPMS portal, filtered for IT and telecom work. Provincial portals are coming later.

What is the fit score?

A score from 0 to 100 that shows how well a tender suits your firm. It looks at your type of work, cities, bid security limit and registrations, and each score comes with plain reasons.

How do I pay?

After your trial, we email you an invoice with bank transfer and JazzCash details. No credit card needed. We send a receipt for each payment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Reply to any digest, use the unsubscribe link, or email alerts@pakbids.com and we'll stop it. There's no contract, and the trial ends on its own if you don't pay.

What do you do with my data?

We use your details only to send your alerts and match tenders to your profile. We don't sell or share them. Ask us anytime to delete them. See our privacy policy.

Do you help prepare bids?

No. PakBids finds and explains tenders. Preparing and submitting the bid is up to you.
