Summary
Virtual University of Pakistan wants one year of bulk one-way masked local SMS services in four segments: 1.8 million transactional SMS for IT, 1.5 million for Examinations, 0.2 million for the DigiSkills project and 2.5 million promotional SMS for Marketing, about 6 million in all. The bidder must itself hold a PTA licence and masking rights; resellers are not eligible. Rates stay fixed for one year, extendable up to three years.
